I LOVE these ginger snaps. I made them for the first time last year when you posted Nathan's recipe, and made them several times over the holidays...they kept disappearing!

There's no question I want a Nathan cookie, but its the picture of the cookies that is more intriguing. Lights of the tree a glo in the background. Who knew cookies could be so beautiful?
