Tea Time

Creeeeeeepy.

Anyone read this one?
It inspired me to drink English Breakfast Tea this morning.
My book club discussed it last night. Although difficult to wade through at the beginning, it becomes quite the chilling tale by novel's end.

If you have read it, would you say Rebecca ultimately won?

This month's pick is Firefly Lane. Have you read it? What did you think?

  1. THis picture makes me want to drink tea with you at your table... I almost broke down and whitepage.com your phone number the other day. I was EXTREMELY frustrated with photoshop and couldn't think of anyone to call... lucky I either figured it out or quit, I can't remember which happened.

  3. Just started "Dear John". Gonna reward myself with the movie (and Tatum Channing) once I finish the book.

  4. Is that the same story as the old black and white movie called "Rebecca" starring Lawrence Olivier? I'm assuming so as it is set in England. The wealthy gentleman marries a young girl and then she discovers a bit of "mystery" once reaching his home. Inspired to read the book now. I enjoyed the movie..maybe because it was good or perhaps just because it was one that Mom and I watched together..mother/daughter time.
